There are many steps to a complete hearing evaluation, but at the end of the testing we can determine what will best help you in your listening world.

| Hearing Evaluation |
| We use video digital otoscopy to determine if the hearing pathways are clear, health, and if the tympanic membrane looks normal and there are no perforations. We provide pure tone ear and bone conduction testing along with speech reception threshold testing to determine at what point you begin understanding the spoken word. We also find your loudness discomfort level to establish how loud is "too loud" and insure the instrument will not exceed that point. Discrimination testing is done in quiet and noisy backgrounds to determine how well you will hear with proper amplification. |

| Fitting Room |
| Every aspect of how to wear and care for the instrument properly is presented during the fitting process. Discrimination testing insures your success in your world of sound. We also offer a "sounds of life" listening session to help you get acclimated to the different sounds around us. |
